Lensbaby ‘Sweet 80’- Test Footage

I shot some test footage using a Lensbaby Composer Pro II (Pl mount) with a Sweet 80 lens optic on my Arri Alexa Mini. The main feature of this novelty effects lens is it has a region of selective focus that falls off into a streaky blur around it. The lens itself pivots on the mount so you can move this region around by tilting it. The result provides an ethereal dreamlike quality that could potentially be used for music videos, flashback scenes, memories or as a cinematographic tool to represent intoxication or POV shots.
